Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency is growing, and we're adding an experienced Overnight Emergency Veterinary Receptionist to our Marietta team.

When a pet needs emergency care in the middle of the night, families need someone who can listen, communicate clearly, stay calm, and help them understand what happens next.

If you're an experienced Veterinary Receptionist, Client Service Representative, Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or Healthcare Customer Service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to join an established Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospital .

Veterinary experience is valued, but strong client communication and healthcare operations experience can translate exceptionally well to this role.

Overnight Schedule

8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

You'll help maintain client communication, patient flow, and hospital operations throughout the overnight hours while supporting continuity of care for emergency patients.
