Head of Supply (Couriers)

The Head of Supply is one of the key leadership roles in the vertical, owning supply performance across a large portfolio of markets and ensuring we can both run the current business efficiently and build the supply model required for future growth.

The role combines two core mandates:

• Run the business: maintain a healthy marketplace, sufficient supply, efficient acquisition, strong courier economics, and consistent operational performance across markets.
• Change the business: build new supply models, fleet structures, operating approaches, product capabilities, and scalable solutions required to support new products, monetisations streams, and business models.

This is a global ownership role with direct accountability for supply strategy, marketplace performance, economics, execution, and transformation.
