Internal Communications Specialist

As an Internal Communications & Employee Communications Specialist at Impulse , you will own how we communicate with one of our most important audiences: our people. Reporting to the Marketing lead, you’ll contribute to and execute the internal communications strategy that keeps employees informed, aligned, connected, and inspired as Impulse continues to grow. You’ll work closely with People Operations, Recruiting, company leadership, and teams across Impulse to translate company priorities into clear, compelling communications and create meaningful moments that strengthen our culture.

You’ll own our core internal communications channels and programs—including All Hands, leadership communications, newsletters, organizational announcements, and culture initiatives—while helping create a cohesive communications experience for current and future employees.
