Graduate Internship (People and Culture)
To provide administrative, operational, communication, and coordination support to the Director and the leadership team of the Directorate.
Reporting Line
- Report directly to the Director, People and Culture.
- Work closely with other units and team members within the Directorate.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Proven experience managing executive schedules, meetings, reporting, and stakeholder engagements.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple activities, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
