About the Role As Director of Estates, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a diverse college estate, ensuring our buildings, infrastructure and facilities remain safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for the future. You will lead the development and delivery of the College's Estate Strategy and capital investment programme, helping to create outstanding environments for learners, staff and the wider community.
