Tax Manager / Senior Manager / Director

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager / Senior Manager / Director to lead tax engagements and provide tax planning, research, and compliance services for closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and nonprofit organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong public accounting experience, an active CPA license, and expertise in reviewing complex federal and multi-state tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex federal and multi-state tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 1041.
• Conduct advanced tax research and provide tax planning strategies for businesses, individuals, trusts, and partnerships.
• Manage client engagements from planning through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and review work prepared by junior tax professionals.
• Collaborate with firm partners on complex tax matters and client strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical tax guidance.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations and reporting requirements.
