Dynamics CRM Onshore Tech Lead/Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Architect with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, solution architecture, and CRM deployments .

Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong functional understanding of CRM across various domains, especially Sales and Service modules .
• Deep expertise in Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform .
• Strong experience with:
• Power Automate and Connectors
• Power Apps
• CRM Plugins and JavaScript
• CRM data modeling
• Workflow automation
• Experience designing and developing CRM integrations using various patterns, including:
• API-based integrations
• ETL
• Batch jobs
• App-based/ISV solutions
• Experience designing and executing large-scale CRM data migrations using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric .
• Strong knowledge of CRM Solutions, ALM, environment management, and deployments .
• Experience with OOB Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI .
• Knowledge of data platforms connected to CRM, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse .
• Experience with Copilot in D365/M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry , and development of agents/chatbots.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• D365 Certification: PL-600, PL-200, or AB-100.
• Knowledge of Azure components ; AZ-900 certification preferred.
