We are hiring experienced Asst Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing daily restaurant floor operations
- Supervise front-of-house staff including waiters, hosts, and service crew
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and discipline
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Support staff training, scheduling, and shift coordination
- Assist in achieving restaurant sales and operational targets
- Monitor inventory of service items and report shortages
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards
- Prepare shift reports and support management with daily operations
