AM / Sr. - Site Civil Engineer – (Overhead Transmission Line Projects - OHTL) | Ethiopia, Africa

We are hiring a qualified Sr. Site Civil Engineer/Assistant Manager to support our Transmission Line projects in Ethiopia, Africa . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in execution for 400 kV / 765 kV OHTL works , with strong expertise in implementing international QA/QC standards, leading audits, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications and client requirements. Industry: High-Voltage Transmission Lines Experience Required: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all stages of civil construction, including access roads, soil investigations, excavation, foundations, and tower footing protection.
• Independently manage excavation and foundation activities at site.
• Ensure all works comply with technical designs, material specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the Construction Manager and other site engineers.
• Monitor and report daily site progress through Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Participate in Joint Measurement Committee (JMC) meetings and assist with billing/invoicing activities.
• Promote and maintain a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment.
