Sr. People Operations Coordinator

Docusign's People Operations team is looking for a Sr. People Operations Coordinator - LATAM to help create a seamless and positive experience for our employees and candidates. In this role, you will collaborate across HR functions to streamline processes, ensure consistency in our people programs and support employees by addressing questions on HR policies. Your work will directly impact our employees' experience, helping to build a workplace where everyone feels valued. Please note, this individual must be within commutable distance to the office to come in as needed.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Operations.
