Director, Technical Program Management

As Director of Technical Program Management (TPM), you will serve as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering executive leadership, driving the operational engine behind our highest-priority technology investments. You will lead an organization of 8-10 high-performing Technical Program Managers responsible for orchestrating complex, cross-functional roadmaps from concept to global scale. In this role, you will establish the portfolio governance, operating model, and delivery frameworks that bridge Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market (GTM). You will shape pillar-level OKRs, optimize capital and headcount allocation, and ensure disciplined execution that accelerates business growth and system reliability.
