About the job:
- Design and develop core capabilities of the openJiuwen AI Agent Platform, including Agent Frameworks, Workflows, Tool Calling, MCP, and Multi-Agent collaboration.
- Build real-world AI Agents such as Coding Agents, Research Agents, Data Agents, and Software Engineering Agents.
- Contribute to JiuwenSwarm and other flagship open source projects through feature development, issue fixing, documentation, examples, and community collaboration.
- Explore cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, Agentic Workflows, Memory, Planning, Evaluation, and Multi-Agent systems.
The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $58,000 to $104,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
