Account Executive (Accounting Offices)
Join the team. Make an impact.
At Holded , we believe that daily admin should never stop a great idea from becoming a success. That's why we create intuitive software to empower anyone who dares to start their own business. Long story short: we want to make business simple.
In order to create cutting-edge products that meet the needs of the sector, talent is essential. We are looking for passion, creativity, and commitment . In return, we offer the same.
The Role
Accounting offices are one of Holded's biggest growth channels. Each firm that works with Holded can bring dozens of small businesses and freelancers with it. In the Accounting Partners team, you'll own the full sales cycle with these firms, from first contact to signed contract. You'll help them run their daily work, and their clients' work, on Holded. You'll join a small team of Account Executives and an SDR, reporting to the Partner Acquisition Manager, Nelson Bastos.
What you'll do
- Run the full sales cycle with accounting offices: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and close
- Work a mix of inbound leads and opportunities you find yourself through calls, email, LinkedIn and industry events
- Learn how each firm works today: how many clients it manages, which tools it uses, and where it loses time (entering invoices by hand, filing taxes, chasing clients for documents)
- Give demos built around accounting workflows: the accounting office portal, bulk actions, automatic invoice registration, tax filings and annual accounts
- Help each firm choose the plan that fits it, Plan Asesoría or Plan Asesoría Pro
- Present the Partner Program to firms that want to recommend Holded to their clients, and explain how partners earn commissions
- Grow your accounts after the close: upgrades to Pro, more client licenses, and customers who become partners
- Keep HubSpot up to date and forecast your month accurately
- Pass what you hear from firms on to the Product and Marketing teams
