Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

HireRight is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to support our Global Operations organization, partnering with leaders across a fast-paced, customer-centric business supporting approximately 2,000 employees worldwide. Reporting to the Director, HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leaders, helping drive business performance through strategic workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and manager capability. Success in this role requires balancing employee advocacy with business priorities while navigating the complexities of a high-volume, global workforce.
