Senior IT Support Specialist

The Senior IT Support Specialist provides high-quality technical support to Hines users across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Manager, IT Service Desk, this role is responsible for resolving standard and advanced help desk tickets, responding to live chats, and providing deskside support to the Houston office.

The Senior IT Support Specialist works in ServiceNow, supports endpoint and mobile device management, and serves as an escalation point for complex user issues.
