Senior Director/Director – Asset Management

As a Senior Director/Director Asset Management with Hines, you will be responsible for strategic planning, market analysis, leasing, understanding financial metrics, negotiation, budgeting CAPEX oversight and effective people management with a focus on the retail asset class.
