Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel - Corporate Law

As the Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel Corporate, you will be responsible for advising on corporate matters including structuring and corporate documentation for Hines' US investment vehicles, joint ventures and the broader Hines corporate structure, as well as leading Hines' global corporate secretarial function.
