Senior Analyst - Research

As a Senior Analyst - Research with Hines, you will report to the Managing Director Asia Research and work closely with Quantitative Research, Global Head of Research, and members of the Investment Committee. You will support Investment and Fund teams with economic and real estate data and analysis across 6 country markets across Asia Pacific. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manage and enhance proprietary research datasets, databases, and analytical tools.

- Work within the proprietary Hines Research framework to analyze real estate markets across Asia with a focus on office, logistics, residential, and retail
