Managing Director - Conceptual Construction

As the Managing Director - Conceptual Construction with Hines, you are responsible for managing and acting as Owner's representative for all activities associated with consultant selection and contract negotiations, site master-planning, design management, preliminary budgeting and scheduling, bid and award and construction contract negotiations. • Responsible for new business, development management and support of local, regional and country teams in new business activities.
