Manager - Preconstruction Services

As the Manager - Preconstruction Services with Hines, you will manage and act as the owner's representative for all activities associated with preconstruction activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Deliver accurate quantity take-off's on all projects, utilizing On-Screen take-off software.

- Review all due-diligence information and analyze its affect on project budgets.

- Solicit and pre-qualify subcontractors and vendors for pricing and ensure proper trade coverage for each scope of work.
