The Manager HR Technology, HCM Product Owner leads the technology strategy, delivery, and optimization of HCM Product solutions supporting the employee lifecycle. This role serves as the Product Owner for Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and Time Tracking, partnering with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient HR technology solutions. The role leads a team of HR Technology professionals while establishing governance, roadmaps, and platform standards.
