Maintenance Technician

Role Profile We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at aparto Student. This role is based on-site at our student properties and involves ensuring the premises remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The position requires working an 8-hour shift, five days a week, including occasional weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, basic plumbing, reactive and preventative maintenance, as well as health & safety compliance.
