Finance Manager

Hines France is looking for a Finance Manager to help design, structure and deploy the target finance operating model for the French platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the France RE Finance Director and the finance team to make the platform more structured, controlled, scalable and data-driven.

A key priority will be the successful implementation of the dedicated finance operating model for Aparto, Hines' student housing activity, ensuring that processes, data flows, controls, reconciliations and reporting routines are properly designed from inception and can be replicated for future residences.
