Associate - Asset Management

As an Associate Asset Management, you will own day-to-day asset management for an assigned group of assets in Hines' Japan portfolio, working under the guidance of senior Asset Management leadership. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Monitor asset performance against the Business Plan, underwriting, and budget, including occupancy, leasing, and key variances.

- Oversee third-party AMC and PM execution and serve as the primary AM contact for routine asset-level matters.

- Prepare recurring deliverables, including monthly and quarterly reporting, budgets, forecasts, and investor reporting inputs.
