Apprentice Building Operator

As an Apprentice Building Operator with Hines, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining all building equipment and systems in a manner ensuring all Hines quality standards are upheld. Ensure that the tenants have a safe and comfortable work environment associated with a AAA building.

Primary Duties shall include:

• Respond to tenant service requests (such as heating/cooling calls) and emergencies, in a professional

manner

• Perform daily rounds and log readings
• Review and complete daily entries into engineer's log
• Complete preventive/demand maintenance tasks on HVAC, plumbing mechanical and life safety
