Analyst - Asset Management

The Analyst - Asset Management will serve as the primary owner's representative and single point of responsibility with respect to each asset for which she or he is responsible, and as such, will provide leadership with respect to the asset management of existing and future properties. The role combines hands-on asset management with financial analysis, data management, financial modelling, scenario analysis and recurring reporting to support informed asset-level and portfolio-level decisions.
