Analyst

The Analyst will be an integral member of Hines' Sunbelt Development & Acquisitions team, supporting the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of new investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. Responsibilities include financial underwriting, market research, site evaluation, investment committee reporting, and supporting projects through design, construction, leasing, and operations.
