Job Summary: Demonstrates through behavior Decatur Morgan Hospital's mission, vision and values. Additionally, the nurse educator provides support to all Decatur Morgan Hospital Nursing Services employees by identifying needs for education, preparing and presenting education activities and evaluating the effectiveness of Nursing Resources activities and outcomes. Serves as a resource to all Nursing Services staff.
