The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Medical Assistant (MA) Lead to perform clinical and secretarial duties at our Fayetteville location. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The MA Lead will assist various orthopedic physicians under the direction of Clinical Coordinator and provide coverage for clinical teams as needed. Team POC for Administration and physician contact. Manage physician clinic and delegation of clinical work following the direction of the physician. Manage team personnel issues, escalating to manager/director and HR when appropriate.
