Manages organizes and prioritizes project and work load. Maintain, upgrade and manage server operating systems, software, hardware and servers. Install and configure software and hardware. Manage network servers and technology tools. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements, troubleshoot issues and outages, ensure security through access controls, and backups, upgrade systems with new releases and models, develop expertise to train staff on new technologies, maintain internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies. Mentor junior staff members and train them in work practices and tools.
