The Network Support Technician (NST) provides quality on-site support to Heart Center and Cardiovascular Service Line for Huntsville Hospital users with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness. The Network Support Technician provides support for installation, upgrades and maintenance of all hardware and software in the LAN and WAN environment. Performs preventative maintenance on all networked equipment. Troubleshoots and performs repairs when possible and coordinates vendor service as needed.
