The Weekly Schedule This role follows a split-shift schedule designed around the girls' school day: Block Hours

Focus AM Shift 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM 4 hrs Morning routine, lunches, 8:00 AM school drop-off, then household support — tidying the girls' spaces, laundry, and dinner meal prep Midday Break 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM 3.5 hrs (unpaid) Your own time — head home, hit the gym, run errands PM Shift 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM 4 hrs Arrive in time for the 3:55 PM pickup line, then homework help, dinner, and the evening routine/bedtime wind-down Because household tasks are handled in the morning while the girls are at school, your afternoons stay fully focused on the kids — not chores. A typical month might include three weeknight on-call shifts and one weekend assignment, such as a Sunday beginning mid-afternoon, or a short Saturday shift followed by a full Sunday.
