Maintenance Team Lead - 3rd Shift

Join our team as a hands-on Maintenance Team Lead, guiding technicians and helping keep a highly automated distribution center running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot and repair material handling, packaging, facility, and building systems while driving preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. The role will begin on first shift for facility startup, onboarding, and training, then is expected to transition to third shift on or after April 5, 2027, based on operational needs. Candidates must be available for this long-term shift assignment.
