CEO / Managing Director - Swedish MedTech company

Haeger & Carlsson Executive Search and Interim are supporting a Swedish MedTech company in clinical phase, focused on the development of innovative solutions addressing significant unmet medical needs. The company is now entering a pivotal stage of development and value creation.

The company is therefore seeking a commercially driven CEO to take full ownership of financing and lead the business towards its next investment milestone and long-term exit.

The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, taking full responsibility for corporate strategy, financing, partnerships, and overall company performance.

Personal attributes

• Proven track record of raising capital in life science, medtech or biotech environments
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into a compelling investment narrative
• Experience engaging with investors at senior level
