We work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and leather tanneries to ensure our products meet the required quality standards.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control / Inspection Executive to support our inspection activities in Pakistan.

✨ Freshers are welcome — training and guidance will be provided.

🔎 About the Role

As a Quality Control / Inspection Executive , you will visit supplier and vendor locations, including leather tanneries, to inspect products, identify quality issues, maintain accurate records, and prepare inspection reports.

The role is ideal for someone who is interested in the leather industry, quality control, supplier inspections, and product quality management. 🚀

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Conduct quality inspections at supplier/vendor locations.
• 👜 Inspect leather, leather goods, bags, accessories, and finished products.
• 🏭 Visit leather tanneries and manufacturing facilities as required.
• 👀 Identify leather and product defects, including scratches, stains, color variations, wrinkles, cuts, finishing issues, stitching defects, and other discrepancies.
• 📋 Document inspection findings accurately.
• 📝 Prepare clear and structured inspection reports.
• 📊 Use Microsoft Excel to record, organize, analyze, and maintain inspection data.
• 📈 Maintain Excel-based quality records, inspection trackers, and reports.
• 📸 Take photographs/documentation of quality issues when required.
• 💬 Communicate inspection findings clearly to the Team Lead and relevant teams.
• 🤝 Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality issues and follow-up actions.
• 📁 Maintain proper inspection documentation.
• ⏰ Complete inspections accurately and on time.
• 🚗 Travel to different supplier and production locations as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 🎓 Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 💼 Previous quality control or inspection experience is a plus but not mandatory .
• 📍 Must be based in Lahore or Sialkot, Pakistan .
• 🚗 Willingness and ability to travel regularly for work.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• 📊 Candidates should be comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets, maintaining data, sorting/filtering information, and preparing basic reports.
• 🗣️ Good communication and reporting skills.
• 👀 Strong attention to detail.
• 🧠 Ability and willingness to learn how to identify leather and product quality issues.
• 💪 Responsible, proactive, and hardworking.
• 🤝 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🎓 Candidates with an educational background in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Business, Textile, Leather, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields will be preferred.
