Client Service Associate (夜班17:00-2:00)

Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success.
As a Night Shift Associate on the Consulting Client Service team, you will support project delivery by identifying and recruiting the experts best suited to answer consulting clients’ business questions. Working closely with Project Managers, you will source, engage, and recruit new experts for our network of over 2 million Guidepoint Advisors. This Wuxi-based role may be performed remotely and follows a fixed work schedule of 5:00 PM to 2:00 am (17:00-2:00, China Standard Time). The role provides a unique opportunity to build core business, communication, and research skills while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines.

What You Will Own:
- Work with Project Managers supporting consulting clients to develop expert recruitment strategies for satisfying each client project request
- Utilize recruiting tool, press releases, case studies, and other online sources to identify the best experts who can address consulting clients’ strategic and operational questions
- Conduct proactive outreach during evening hours, clearly communicate the consultation opportunity, and invite qualified professionals to join our network and participate in client consultations
- Screen experts to determine their suitability for each specific client project and develop accurate professional profiles for Project Managers to present to your clients
Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bottom-up thinking and the ability to act as a potential thinking partner for clients, bringing creative and strategic solutions
- Professional written and reading proficiency in English required; conversational to fluent verbal skills strongly preferred
- Proactive, result-driven, initiative, and ability to go the extra mile
- Able to deliver accurate, high-quality recruitment support and meet time-sensitive project requirements
- Based in Wuxi and able to work effectively in a remote environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Available to work a fixed evening schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 am (17:00-2:00, China Standard Time) and reliably support time-sensitive project needs
