A leading and growing company in Latin America is seeking:

Technical Program Manager

Program Management

• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.
• Proactive and able to catch signals and insights before the incident
• Data Analysis & Modeling
• Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Application Development & Visualization
• Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows)
• PowerApps (custom app development)
• Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX)
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced conversational English (will be assessed during the interview process).
• Work arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days per week in the Mexico City office, with the possibility of transitioning to a fully on-site position.
• Location: Mexico City, Mexico.
• Salary: MXN $78,000 gross per month.
