Master Data Management Executive

GPV Lanka is expanding its Shared Service Center (SSC) capabilities and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Quality, Reporting & Governance / Master Data Management Executive .

About the Role As part of our growing Shared Service Center function, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business-critical data across the organization. This role supports centralized data management activities that drive standardization and efficiency across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Product Data (item creation, lifecycle management, and product data setup)
• Handle Partner and Supplier Master Data creation, validation, and governance
• Support ERP parameter maintenance, including planning, purchasing, and inventory control settings
• Maintain Routing, BOM, and Manufacturing Master Data to ensure accuracy and process standardization
• Support Data Quality, Reporting, and Governance activities to improve consistency and reliability of business information
• Assist in developing standardized work practices and process documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to ensure data accuracy
