Are you an Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering graduate with a passion for manufacturing processes, product industrialization, and engineering innovation? We are looking for a motivated Engineer I – New Product Introduction (NPI) to join our team at GPV Lanka.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate New Product Industrialization (NPI) activities and project planning.
• Evaluate product feasibility and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) requirements.
• Define manufacturing process flows, process routing, resources, and materials.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions and product-specific visual aids.
• Supervise sample production and support the First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) process.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and communicate with customers during product implementation.
• Support stencil ordering, tooling development, and manufacturing process optimization.
• Drive process automation and continuous manufacturing improvements.
