Location: Arkansas Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an LPC to provide virtual counseling to clients across Arkansas. You’ll work one-on-one with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Your focus will be on understanding what each client is going through, establishing realistic goals, and providing ongoing counseling that supports meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

• Hold scheduled one-on-one counseling sessions with clients
• Complete initial evaluations and identify areas that need clinical attention
• Establish treatment goals together with clients
• Introduce coping strategies and techniques clients can apply outside of sessions
• Review progress and modify the course of treatment when necessary
• Document sessions and other relevant clinical information
• Recognize when a client may benefit from additional services or referrals
• Follow applicable licensing, privacy, and telehealth requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active LPC license in Arkansas
• Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
