Location: Hawaii Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits

We are looking for an independently licensed mental health professional to join a remote clinical team serving clients throughout Hawaii. Key Duties

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform
• Establish treatment goals and adjust care plans based on client progress
• Support clients working through emotional concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions
• Determine when referrals or additional services may be beneficial
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow Hawaii licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics

Requirements

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active Hawaii LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
