Position: Full-Time Location: Washington Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

In this role, you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports clients in managing mental health challenges, strengthening relationships, and developing practical coping strategies. Each day focuses on meaningful clinical work without the distractions of in-person logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical leadership when needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards of care

Requirements

• Active Washington LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy services independently
• Comfort working in a telehealth environment
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
