BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

This position is based in Greece.

You relocate for the season. You live where others go on vacation.

Accommodation is arranged before arrival. Meals are included during your contract.

WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS

Kitchen Hygiene means:

Keeping plates, cutlery and equipment clean Maintaining order in the dish area Supporting the kitchen team during service Helping maintain hygiene standards

You are part of the rhythm of the kitchen.

When the service gets busy, your role becomes crucial.

If dishes stop — everything stops.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You work during meal times and preparation hours.

You operate dishwashing equipment. You organize clean plates. You manage kitchen tools and trays.

You keep your station clean and structured.

You support cooks when needed.

You work physically. You stay active. You are part of the operational flow.
