Workforce Modeling & Data Analyst

The Workforce Modeling & Data Analyst will serve as a mid to senior-level analytic resource supporting development of the Human Capital Strategic Plan, Human Capital Operating Plan, and Workforce Growth Plan. The analyst will interpret workforce staffing model data, historical workforce information, predictive analytics outputs, labor market inputs, and stakeholder-provided information to develop annual staffing targets, workforce projections, dashboards, and model-driven analytic products.
