Actona Group operates in a dynamic and fast-changing commercial environment , where access to relevant data and the ability to translate it into actionable insights are increasingly important for commercial decision-making. As part of the Pricing & Commercial Excellence team, you will take on a central role in strengthening the commercial organisation through pricing, analytics, performance management and the continued development of commercial tools and processes.

The position combines a strong analytical and hands-on focus with the opportunity to contribute to the broader development of Commercial Excellence across Actona Group.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, pricing and commercial decision-making. A key responsibility will be to understand Actona’s pricing model in depth, take ownership of the technical solution behind it and ensure that management decisions related to pricing are effectively implemented. Alongside this, you will identify, collect and analyse relevant commercial data and turn your findings into concrete recommendations and initiatives. You will work with both structured and unstructured data, which calls for an investigative mindset and the ability to find relevant information even when it is not readily available.

At the same time, you will contribute to Actona’s broader Commercial Excellence agenda by developing and evaluating tactical commercial initiatives, supporting performance management and continuously improving the tools and processes that strengthen commercial execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and further develop Actona’s pricing model and technical pricing solution
  • Develop analyses, scenarios and decision-support tools to support commercial and pricing decisions
  • Analyse price and margin development and identify commercial opportunities, risks and areas requiring action
  • Translate commercial data and insights into concrete initiatives and recommendations
  • Develop and analyse tactical commercial campaigns and follow up on their commercial impact
  • Support commercial performance management by identifying opportunities, gaps and areas of underperformance
  • Prepare clear and decision-oriented material for commercial management and relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously develop analytical tools, methods and Commercial Excellence processes
  • Explore how AI and other digital solutions can support commercial analyses, processes and decision-making
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new CRM system, helping shape commercial processes and strengthen the use of data and insights across the organisation

Success in the role means that you are able to turn complex commercial information into analyses and recommendations that create value for the sales organisation. You drive and coordinate commercial initiatives across the organisation and locations, help sales directors focus and prioritise through relevant analyses, and ensure that pricing decisions are translated accurately and efficiently into the pricing model and commercial execution.

You have experience from areas such as pricing, Commercial Excellence, business analytics, BI, strategy, consulting or finance. You are comfortable working hands-on with data and commercial analysis and, importantly, know how to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights for commercial organisation.

You hold a relevant Master’s degree within engineering, mathematics, economics, business, finance or a similar field. You are highly proficient in Excel and experienced with Power BI or comparable BI tools, and you are comfortable working with complex datasets and developing analytical solutions. An interest in AI and emerging digital tools is an advantage. You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and you communicate insights clearly to different audiences.

You are curious, commercially minded and able to create structure in a dynamic environment. You collaborate effectively across stakeholders, communicate clearly and maintain progress as priorities shift.

Actona’s culture is defined by three core values: Acceleration, Customer-Centricity and Trust. They believe in responsibility, collaboration and continuous improvement – and offer a work environment where people are encouraged to challenge, learn, and grow. You will get to work closely with decision-makers, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape how data is used across a global organisation.
