What does it mean to be an Employee Relations Specialist II at GLS? The Employee Relations Specialist II serves as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role is responsible for managing complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations matters; advises leaders on performance management, corrective action, workplace conduct, and termination decisions; and promotes fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices. The position establishes standards, improves processes, analyzes trends, and coordinates with Director, HR Consulting, Legal, and other partners to mitigate employee, legal, reputational, and business risk.
