Field Service Technician - US - Test for Survey

As a Field Service Technician, you are the face of GLORY. As a member of the GLORY Field Service team, you will be empowered to:

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients
• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
• Track and manage parts/tools
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment

LOCATION:

To effectively support the assigned territory, candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of XXX or XXX (approximately XXX miles). This role requires regular local travel to customer sites throughout XXX and neighboring areas, making proximity to the territory important for providing responsive service and support. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

PAY RANGE:

• $20 - $27 an hour CHANGE THE PAY RANGE AS NEEDED FOR NE, NY, SOME WEST REGION STATES
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
• A 10% shift differential will be paid for working 2nd shift hours. INCLUDE THIS BULLET POINT FOR 2ND SHIFT POSITIONS

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Days: (i.e. Thursday – Tuesday)
• Time: (i.e. 3pm – 11am)

For training purposes, new hires are required to work the first shift, Monday through Friday, for the first several months before transitioning to the schedule listed above. (Remove if not applicable – i.e. first position that is Monday thru Friday)
