Production Shift Supervisor

The Production Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing production operations during assigned shifts to ensure the achievement of production, quality, safety, and cost targets. The role oversees production teams, coordinates with Logistics, Quality, and Maintenance functions, drives operational excellence initiatives, and ensures compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards. The supervisor plays a key role in delivering AOP targets, improving manufacturing efficiency, minimizing waste, and developing frontline teams to support continuous improvement and business performance.
