Paralegal: Intellectual Property Litigation (ITC)
Essential Functions:
- Prepare and file pleadings, including motions, exhibits, and notices on EDIS and serve opposing counsel
- Understand and research court/agency rules in preparation for filings and coordinate with the firm's Docket team to ensure all filings strictly adhere to all federal, state and local court/agency rules and deadlines
