Associate SaaS Operations Engineer

The Associate SaaS Operations Engineer is responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of Cotiviti's SaaS services. The role involves coordinating and communicating activity across SaaS operations including infrastructure maintenance and upgrades, customer-facing incident and service request management, SLA tracking, and new customer onboarding and provisioning. You will also contribute to developing tools and processes that support customer communication across all aspects of their SaaS experience.
